Safe Sanctuary is available WITHOUT an attendant during the 8:30 AM service, meaning that it is open for use by families with special needs that would like to use it, but nobody will be available to sit with a child while mom and dad go to the main sanctuary during that time. There will also not be a liaison to assist if they need anything, etc.
However, during the 11 AM service, it is available WITH an attendant, if needed.
Field Day for All, hosted by Autism Speaks, is right around the corner and we are looking for a team of people to join us in spreading the word about our ministry and gathering information about what challenges local families with special needs are facing when trying to find the right church.
If you are someone who is outgoing, willing to initiate conversation, empathetic, humble, and comfortable with sharing your faith, please consider joining us.
